Note to our clients: Balloons are by nature temporary items and although Webster's Balloon Company use the high-quality balloons, some balloons will deflate sooner than expected and will be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.
Latex balloons pose no threat to humans, wildlife or the environment when handled responsibly. Broken or uninflated balloons can cause harm to young children and pets and should be disposed of immediately. Children under the age of 7 should be under constant adult supervision while playing with latex balloons.
Balloons are a choking hazard and clients are responsible for not giving balloons to children under the age of 3 years of age and younger. They should be disposed of in a rubbish receptacle.
Inhaling Helium can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness and even death. Under no circumstances inhale helium from balloons or from a helium tank. Inhaling.
Weather and atmospheric conditions
The client understands that some décor items may be affected by temperature and humidity and that Webster Balloon Company cannot be held responsible for the décor in uncontrolled climates, such as rain or extreme heat and/or unforeseen acts of nature
We never guarantee perfect results with balloon décor outdoors. However, we further state that we will do our utmost to make sure the décor holds by using good quality balloons and equipment.
If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, it may be rebooked within a 12 month calendar period pending availability of dates.
Deposit, booking and cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure the date and time the client requires – please note that when this deposit is taken, the client is also agreeing to Webster's Balloon Company terms and conditions. Full payment will need to be made 2 weeks prior to the event. In the event that the money is not paid in full, Webster's Balloon Company reserves the right to cancel the booking. On any kind of cancellation.
Setting up
The Client is responsible for providing the full address and postcode for the venue. The client is responsible for informing Webster Balloon Company of access times to the venue to ensure displays can be set up in a timely manner. If we are unable to gain access or cannot find an address due to inaccurate details, this may result in the cancellation of the order.
Due to multiple orders on the same day, we tend to be on a fixed schedule. There will be no refund offered at this stage.
Webster's Balloon Company sometimes use water weights to weigh down displays. ~the weights are secure and will only burst if décor is moved, or interfered with. Under no
circumstances, should displays be moved. Webster's Balloon company will not be liable for any damage caused to property or displays after leaving the event.
Hiring of props
The client is responsible for the return of props hired from Webster's Balloon company. In the event of any damage caused to props, the client will be invoiced to cover the cost of the damage. Webster's Balloon Company will return to collect props within 3 days after the event. It is the client's responsibility to have the props available for collection. If for any reason the props are not made available for collection, the client will be charged £20 per prop per day after the 3 days agreed.
Release agreement
The client agrees to accept all responsibility for all personal and real property and person’s and pets at the events' location, before, during and after the event. Client releases Webster's Balloon company from all liability and the client will accept full liability and responsibility for persons and property at the location the client agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Webster's Balloon Company for and all injury and damage, not the fault of Webster's Balloon Company, arising out of clients use and possession of any décor. Client understands that’s there are dangers to children and pets of swallowed balloons.
